Mozena along with his wife Ms Grace Mozena and a delegation team visited SOS
Children's Village Dhaka on 28 August 2013.
The visited guests received a warm welcome
by Mr. Helmut Kutin, Honorary President, SOS Children’s Villages International,
who was on a tour to Bangladesh during the time, and by the children, mothers
and co-workers of the Village. The National Director and Deputy National
Director of SOS Children’s Villages Bangladesh were also present on that
occasion. After their arrival,
Ambassador Mozena along with his wife visited some family houses in the Village
where they spoke to the children and SOS mothers. Mr. Helmut Kutin briefed them
about the worldwide SOS Children's Village programme. He also mentioned the
achievement of SOS Children’s Village programme in Bangladesh. Mr.Mozena
thanked all of SOS Children’s Villages for their contribution and exceptional
support to the children those who have lost their parental care or at risk of
losing parental care and expressed his wish to be with SOS Children’s Villages
in every possible way in future.

was quite surprised to see a former girl of the house - Sakina who is married
and came to her house with her child.
"I always feel for my SOS family and come to meet with my mother,
brothers and sisters if I can manage to find some time" - Sakina was
saying who was serving in the Walk for Life programme as Senior Ponseti
Practitioner. She is also a trainer of the programme and responsible as clinic
manager for Dhaka Division.
"I am very much
impressed by the wonder and spirit of the blessed place. Love covers the
Village and it shows in the eyes of the children" - the US Ambassador
remarked. "I liked the SOS Children’s
Villages programme and this is the third time I am visiting this
programme" - Ms
Grace Mozena was telling.
Mr. Ghulam Ahmed Ishaque, National Director, SOS
Children's Villages Bangladesh, showed gratitude and
thanked the ambassador and his delegation team for visiting.
